The Annual Water Quality Report (also known as an annual consumer confidence report) provides information about the quality of your drinking water. Report includes information about the source/s of water, contaminants, water quality, compliance with drinking water rules, and educational health information. The service line is the pipe that runs from the water main to the point the pipe enters the residence or building. Ownership is usually shared by the city and the property owner. The city owns the portion from the water main to the water meter, including the water meter. The property owner owns the portion from the meter to the point where it enters the residence or building. The service line inventory is an inventory of every service line in Hudson Oaks' distribution system, including the utility owned and customer owned service lines.
