Public Information Request

Open records requests filed under the Texas Public Information Act (TPIA) may be made to any employee of the City of Hudson Oaks. The City has 10 business days from the date the request was submitted to respond. 

 

Public Information

Step 1.Public Information Act

The Public Information Act provides the public the right to request access to city records either for public inspection or to obtain copies (fee applies). A governmental body is not required to create new information, do legal research or answer questions. A governmental body is only required to provide access or copies of city records that are already in existence.

Step 2.Submit a Public Information Request

Step 1.Incident & Case Reports

Requests related to the Hudson Oaks Police Department can also submitted via email, fax, mail or by hand delivery. For more information regarding submitting a request please contact the Hudson Oaks Police Department at 682-229-2454.

Step 2.Accident Reports

Accident reports can be searched and purchased on the TxDOT Crash Report Online System.
