Trash & Recycling

The City of Hudson Oaks provides trash and recycling service through Republic Services. Monthly charges are included with your water and sewer bills. If you have questions about your bill, you may call the City at 682-229-2400, or Republic Services at 800-644-3961.

Republic Services observes the following holidays in 2026:

• There will be no interruption of service on Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, or Veterans Day. 
• Thanksgiving - There will be no collection on Thanksgiving Day. Service will run one day late. Thursday customers will be collected on Friday (11/27).

Trash Cart Service Update

Republic Services will implement automated trash cart service beginning in May 2026. As part of this service update, customers who do not currently have a Republic Services–provided trash cart will receive one as part of their monthly service rate.
