What We Do
Long-Term Planning
Since 2012, Hudson Oaks has been committed to inclusive long-term planning. Our Comprehensive Plan was developed in conjunction with staff, residents, and businesses, and guides our decision making process.
Development Review
All plan reviews are performed by staff and our city engineer. Some review fees may be invoiced to the developer.
Zoning Management
The Planning & Development department is responsible for managing and enforcing the City's zoning laws and responding to requests for rezoning.
Economic Development
From recruitment to retention, we support the long-term health of the city by encouraging a diverse and healthy economic climate.
