2006 Citizen Survey

The 2006 Citizen Survey was conducted to gain a better understanding of the perceptions and attitudes within our community in order to assist Council in creating policy, and to aid staff in more effectively implementing that policy. The survey will be conducted every two years. It is attached below.

At it's June 2007 meeting, the International City Manager's Association (ICMA) Executive Board, formally recognized the City of Hudson Oaks as having established a position of professional management for its appointed executive.

The Annual Program of Services is the official budget document for the City of Hudson Oaks. It is a policy document that identifies the programs, services and expenditures that will be funded for the budget year. The document is prepared by the City Administrator and adopted by the City Council.

City Administrator's Office

The City Administrator's Office (CAO) is responsible for the efficient and effective implementation of Council policy throughout the organization. The CAO accomplishes this responsibility by managing the day to day affairs of the City, coordinating the official business of the City Council, providing leadership and direction to the entire organization, responding to requests for information and assistance, and by acting as the liason between City government and the City Council.
