The City Council approved a request by Robert Beall to zone an 83.466 acre tract of land located on the C.J. Eddleman Survey.
Request for Voluntary Annexation of an 83.466 Acre Tract
Additional Requirements for Gas Well Variance
Posted April 25th, 2008City Council granted a variance request to Devon Energy to drill a gas well within two hundred (200') feet of a protected use at the April 24, 2008 City Council meeting. Council required Devon to meet the attached additional requirements in order to receive the variance.
