The Hudson Oaks Police Department is scheduled for an on-site assessment August 3rd - 5th, 2008 as part of a program to achieve recognition as a accredited Police Department by the Commission on Accreditation for Law Enforcement Agencies (CALEA). CALEA accreditation focuses on four core areas: policy and procedures, administration, operations, and support services.

As part of the assessment, agency employees and members of the community are asked to call and provide comment on August 4th, 2008 from 1 PM until 2 PM by calling (682) 229-2427.
