Fat Daddy's Sports and Spirits Cafe plans to open a 30,000 square foot, $5 million dollar restaurant and entertainment facility in the Hudson Hills development later this year.  The selected sight is located next to the City Lights Movie Theater, between US180 and Interstate 20, in the Hudson Oaks business and entertainment district.
