The City of Hudson Oaks Municipal Court is located at 210 North Lakeshore Drive, Hudson Oaks, Texas, 76087.  The Court is available to assist with your citation questions, Monday- Friday, 8 a.m. - 4:45 p.m. by calling 682-229-2403.

WARRANTS

If you are currently in warrant, you have the following options:

   (1) Pay a cash bond in person at the Municipal Court.  A cash bond requires you to pay the full amount due to the Court, and in turn gives you the opportunity to be set for Court and meet with the judge regarding your case.   Must be paid in cash to the Court.  If you choose not to appear before the judge, the payment will be applied to your case and your case will be closed.

   (2) Turn yourself in at the Parker County Jail and lay out your fines.

   (3) Hire a bondsperson; if you are eligible to be bonded.  You may call the Court to determine if you are eligible.

   (4) Hire an attorney; if you are eligible to be bonded.  You may call the Court to determine if you are eligible.
