City Administration

The Department of Administration comprises the City Administrator's Office and the City Secretary's Office. The Department of Administration is headed by the Director of Operations, who reports to the City Administrator. The Department of Administration is responsible for Planning and Development, Engineering, Solid Waste, Human Resources and other internal service related funtions.

City Administrator

The City Administrator's Office (CAO) is responsible for the efficient and effective implementation of Council policy throughout the organization. The CAO accomplishes this responsibility by managing the day to day affairs of the City.

City Secretary

The City Secretary's Office is the Public Information Services Division of the City and is responsible for the storage and retention of all public records for the City of Hudson Oaks. The division is also reponsible for a broad range of administrative and clerical support for the City and the public including:

  • Agendas and Minutes
  • Alcohol Permits
  • Elections Administration
  • Ordinances and Resolutions
  • Public Information Requests
  • Publication of Legal Notices
  • Records Management
