City Secretary

The City Secretary's Office is the Public Information Services Division of the City and is responsible for the storage and retention of all public records for the City of Hudson Oaks. The division is also reponsible for a broad range of administrative and clerical support for the City and the public including:

  • Agendas and Minutes
  • Alcohol Permits
  • Elections Administration
  • Ordinances and Resolutions
  • Public Information Requests
  • Publication of Legal Notices
  • Records Management

For additional information or for any questions please contact the City Secretary's Office directly at 817-596-4899 ext. 303. If you wish to fill out a public information request you may do so in person at City Hall Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
