City Administration

The City's administrative staff is responsible for implementing and enforcing the policies and ordinances adopted by the City Council.  The city administrator is appointed by the City Council and is responsible for the proper administration of all City affairs.

City Secretary

The City Secretary's Office is the Public Information Services Division of the City and is responsible for the storage and retention of all public records for the City of Hudson Oaks. The division is also reponsible for a broad range of administrative and clerical support for the City and the public including:

  • Agendas and Minutes
  • Alcohol Permits
  • Elections Administration
  • Ordinances and Resolutions
  • Public Information Requests
  • Publication of Legal Notices
  • Records Management
