The Hudson Oaks Police Department will offer its second Citizens Police Academy beginning March 4, 2010. This 10-week course offers people in the Hudson Oaks community the chance to get the "inside scoop" about how the police department functions, trains, and provides service to the community. Graduates of the Citizens Police Academy also have the opportunity to serve vital volunteer roles in the Hudson Oaks Community.

The academy will meet on Thursday nights between March 4 and May 6, 2009. Sessions will be held 6:30-9:00 p.m. at the Hudson Oaks Public Safety Building (150 N. Oakridge Drive). To register or get more information about the 2010 Hudson Oaks Citizens Police Academy, call 682-229-2424.
